Palace of Justice Bistrita

SC Frasinul SRL was the general contractor responsible for the expansion and modernization of the Bistrița Palace of Justice, a large-scale project carried out under the coordination of the National Investment Company (CNI). The works began in January 2017 and were completed in December 2018, six months ahead of the contractual deadline, demonstrating the efficiency and professionalism of the Frasinul team.

The project included the construction of a new building wing with a height regime of basement + ground floor + 3 stories, covering a total area of approximately 1,200 square meters. The expansion was necessary to accommodate the continuous growth in court activity and to provide optimal conditions for the administration of justice.

The new building wing houses courtrooms, offices for magistrates, spaces for the IT department and archive, as well as other administrative facilities. The reorganization of the spaces allowed for more efficient court operations and improved working conditions for judicial personnel.

The works were carried out in compliance with the highest quality standards and were adapted to the architectural specifics of the existing building. The early completion of the project was made possible by strong collaboration between the design and construction teams, as well as the direct involvement of SC Frasinul SRL’s management.
