Construction of the RAR Bistrița Headquarters – a flagship project by SC Frasinul SRL
SC Frasinul SRL served as the general contractor for the construction of the new headquarters of the Romanian Automotive Registry (RAR) in Bistrița-Năsăud – a specialized infrastructure project successfully completed in a record time of just six months. The works began in March and were completed in October, three months ahead of the contractual deadline, demonstrating the efficiency, professionalism, and organizational capacity of the Frasinul team.
The building has a constructed area of over 1,200 square meters and includes a modern technical inspection hall, administrative spaces, offices, and areas dedicated to vehicle inspection activities. The project was complemented by extensive exterior works, featuring concrete parking areas, sidewalks, alleys, and access roads, totaling over 8,700 square meters.
The execution adhered to the highest standards of quality and safety, both in terms of structure and regarding finishes and utility installations. With this project, SC Frasinul SRL strengthened its position as a reliable partner for large-scale public investments, delivering a turnkey facility that is functional, durable, and aligned with current automotive sector requirements.
The official inauguration of the headquarters took place in the presence of then-Prime Minister Victor Ponta and the RAR leadership, who highlighted both the quality of the construction and the speed of execution.
The RAR Bistrița project joins other similar works completed by Frasinul SRL in the counties of Cluj and Satu Mare, marking a significant contribution to the modernization of Romania's automotive infrastructure.
