UNDER CONSTRUCTION – RAR Cluj Headquarters – A new project by Frasinul, built with responsibility and efficiency

Frasinul SRL continues to develop Romania’s technical infrastructure through the construction of the new headquarters of the Romanian Auto Registry (RAR) in Cluj, located in the commune of Apahida. The project, awarded through a public tender in October 2023, is being carried out on a generous plot of approximately 20,000 sqm and involves building two modern buildings with administrative and technical functions.

The main building of the RAR Cluj office will have a height regime of ground floor plus one floor (P+1) and a usable area of 1,443.9 sqm, while the regional center will be developed in a building with a ground floor plus two floors and a partial additional floor (P+2E+partial floor), totaling 4,277 sqm of built area.

The Frasinul team is actively working on-site, with advanced progress on the structure and interior partitions. At this stage, intensive work is being carried out on interior finishes, technical and utility installations, and landscaping around the building. Additionally, the sewage, water supply, and electrical networks are under construction, ensuring a complete and functional infrastructure.

The project is being implemented with responsibility and attention to detail, reflecting Frasinul’s commitment to quality and efficiency.
