RAR Cluj Headquarters – A Frasinul Project Delivered with Responsibility and Efficiency
Frasinul SRL has successfully completed the development of the new headquarters of the Romanian Auto Registry in Cluj, located in Apahida commune, contributing to the modernization of Romania’s technical infrastructure. The project, awarded through a public tender in October 2023, was developed on a site of approximately 20,000 sqm and involved the construction of two modern buildings with administrative and technical functions.
The main RAR Cluj building has a height regime of G+1 and a usable area of 1,443.9 sqm, while the regional center is developed in a building with a G+2+partial floor regime, totaling 4,277 sqm of built area.
All works were finalized according to the established schedule, including structural works, interior partitions, finishes, technical installations, and surrounding land development. The sewage, water supply, and electrical networks were fully completed, ensuring a comprehensive, modern, and fully functional infrastructure.
The project was implemented with responsibility and attention to detail, reflecting Frasinul’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and compliance with high construction standards. The new headquarters provides optimal conditions for the specific activities of the Romanian Auto Registry.
