UNDER CONSTRUCTION – New University Campus in Suceava – Frasinul SRL is building the future of technical education

Frasinul SRL is carrying out a large-scale project for "Ștefan cel Mare" University of Suceava, in the commune of Moara, where a new modern university campus is being constructed, dedicated to training young generations in highly important technical fields.

The work began in December and is progressing at a steady pace, with an impressive mobilization of resources and specialized teams.i echipe specializate.

Two lots, six buildings, over 15,000 sqm

The campus is divided into two lots:

• Lot 1 includes an educational center dedicated to the mechanical field.
• Lot 2 is intended for the electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical fields.

The total project area exceeds 15,000 sqm, spread across six buildings designed to meet the highest standards of education and comfort.

Execution stages – from drilled piles to durable foundations

The construction site has reached a critical phase: after completing the drilling of 334 piles, each 15 meters deep, the Frasinul teams moved on to building the foundations for the campus buildings. The work has been carried out using modern machinery, with visible progress on site.

• On Lot 2, at building C and the buildings that will house the technical centers, foundation reinforcement is underway.
• On Lot 1, at building B, 50% of the foundation footings have been concreted, with waterproofing and thermal insulation works to follow.

Modern technology and attention to detail

To build these structures, Frasinul uses state-of-the-art equipment and high-quality materials to ensure a solid and durable base. Each stage is carefully monitored—from formwork and reinforcement to concrete pouring.

A site with over 100 workers and an ambitious completion deadline

Currently, approximately 100 workers are mobilized on site, with a project completion timeframe of 15 months.
